Hike N2_Chipude – Alto de Garajonay

Embark on a cultural and natural adventure

This itinerary, partially following the iconic GR131 trail, will introduce you to some of La Gomera's cultural, geological, and botanical gems. Starting from Igualero, the highest village on the island, we will head towards Alto de Garajonay, the island's peak at 1,487 meters, providing splendid panoramic views of La Gomera and its neighboring islands. Continuing on to Chipude, where we can appreciate the local traditional architecture and marvel at La Fortaleza, an imposing geomorphological formation that will guide us through the second half of our excursion.
